Two decades in Auditing and Management Consultancy. He is Graduate in Science and passed the Chartered Accountancy Exam in 1997. Over a period of 25 years, he has gained a varied experience in areas of Audit and Project Finance, of various entities like Companies and PSU’s Banks etc.
Mr. Kumar is very hard working and focused in professional matters. He is committed to provide good value for money to customers and clients. Besides his professional pursuits he utilizes spares time for organizing free medical camps, programmes for upliftmant of society and transformative spiritual education etc.
Gaurav Goyal – Partner
Specialisation: Goods and Service Tax, Litigations, Government incentive packages (Subsidies) schemes and Project monitoring & controlling.
Mr. Goyal is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in year 2010 and achieved All India Rank 10.
He has successfully completed the various professional courses which includes Business Valuation and Anti Money Laundering.
He had worked as Assistant Manager (Finance) in Lanco Infratech Limited (One of leading conglomerate in Thermal and Hydro Power) in early years and left the job to pursue his own practice. He has over Eleven years of professional experience and possesses expert knowledge in the field of Indirect Tax. He has tremendous experience in area of Financial Engineering and Strategic Planning.
Since last several years, he along with his team is consistently working on Goods and Service Tax to understand it utterly and subsequently simplify the work for his clients. Over a period of almost four years he has delivered more than 100 lectures in various branches of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Various business associations.
He is Co-chairman of Indirect Tax committee of Builder association of India since 1st April, 2021.
Sonal Ujlayan – Partner
Specialisation: Financing big projects and large corporate.
She is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. She is having professional experience of more than 10 Years.
Ms. Ujlayan in Initial years of her profession, she has work as Sr Manager Credit in Punjab National Bank and then Sr Manager Credit Risk and Analysis in IDFC First Bank. During her tenure of almost seven years in both the bank, she has handled large corporate advances. Then in 2020 she left the job to pursue her own career in professional practice, where she is handling project financing of large infrastructure projects and large Corporates.
Anil Kumar Chaurasia – Partner
Specialisation: Direct Tax, Audits and Litigations.
He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and having more than 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate and taxation advisory likes Income tax and Value Added Tax. He conducts extensive Due Diligences, both from legal and commercial perspectives, in order to ascertain the assets and liabilities of the Target Company/ business/asset, based on the underlying records.
Mr. Chaurasia has quality experience of case preparation, planning optimum and result oriented procedures to be followed in each and every case and appearances before tax adjudication and appellate authorities.
Umang Jain – Team Leader
Specialisation: Direct Tax, Audits and Litigations.
He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2018. He has successfully completed the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Jain is having vast knowledge in the field of rendering management services, Audits of companies in various sectors, Audit of charitable trust, Internal Audits, Stock Audits, Tax Audits, Financial Advisory, Income Tax Assessments Cases, Statutory Compliances and various other matters.
Amit Bhutani – Manager
Specialisation: D-VAT, GST (Indirect Tax) and Litigations.
He is advocate having professional experience of more than 16 Years. His experience in Value Added Tax, GST (Indirect Tax), Registrations under difference Act’s & Trade Mark etc.
Barkha Garg – Team Leader

Experience: She is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2019. After qualifying she joined the firm as full time assistant.

Anshu Bansal – Team Leader

He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2021. After qualifying he joined the firm as full time assistant.
Mr. Bansal is having knowledge in the field of availing Government incentives packages (Subsidies) schemes announced by states and central government, Project monitoring and controlling of various industry and various other matters.
Shubham Jain– Team Leader

He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He had earlier graduated as an Engineer and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2022. He has been associated with the firm since 2021 & after qualifying he joined the firm as full time assistant. He has earlier worked with companies like Tata Tele Services Limited and Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India on various assignments.
